Some, but not all, black and white photographs can be colorized with quite satisfactory results. However, some photographs do not lend themselvs to colorization, due to one of three conditions: the photograph is extremely dark, or is blurred or out of focus beyond reasonable repair, or contains so many objects or details which must be colorized individually that the client cannot justify the intensive labor charges for such an extensive repair. Colorization is an art, rather than a science. Our artists are willing and able to take on almost any project, with charges based on the actual time spent working on the project.
