Object removal means completely removing an object from an image. Concurrently, of course, it
also means replacing the removed object with either a continuation of the original image - which
is not present - or with another object which will "fit" in the removed object's position, and
is consistent with the other objects in the image. Generally, we would prefer to have another,
similar, photo of the same location, but without the object(s) scheduled for removal in that
photo, from which to obtain the proper image replacement material. Sometimes, our clients want
to remove a person from a photograph, but have no other person to replace that one with, and
there is nothing in remainder of the image from which to deduce the content of the replacement
area. In this case, we often suggest complete replacement of the background, with another
complete background in which it would be simpler to put the person or persons remaining. See
Background Replacement for more information.

Besides background replacements, we can also replace or insert other images within your photographs.
For example, where there is sufficient room within the image, we can insert, and size to match
the image, a separate image of a person, or persons, or animal(s), sign(s), and/or virtually any
other type of photographed object. We can create a collage of a group of individuals for you, using "cutouts" from scans of photographs of the other individuals . . . and place them on the background
of your choosing, either yours, or one of ours. This process is similar to so-called "trick
photography,' in that we create images which look like real photographs, but which, without
digital artistry (or "trick photography"), would never have existed.
